The Loft at Craiglea- wonderful woodland style!

Victorian stone-built detached villa in large private grounds, with contemporary bright and airy loft space. The loft has an integral open plan lounge and kitchen space, large dedicated shower room downstairs. Private entrance to the rear in beautiful garden setting with woodland and stream, peace and privacy but just 5 minutes walk to town centre. Off street safe parking, access to shed for bicycle storage and outdoor tap for cleaning mud off wellies or bicycles! The space The Loft is centrally heated with dormer windows to the front and large velux window to the rear, overlooking the woodland garden. An outside seating area adjacent to the entrance is available for guests to use and we welcome guests to use the garden as their own, there's a bridge over our stream to perch on with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace! Kitchen facilities include a multi-function oven with microwave settings, portable induction hob and an under-counter fridge with small ice-box. All utensils, crockery and cleaning materials are provided. We encourage recycling and have provided labelled containers for this, thankyou! We have 2 cats and would ask guests not to bring dogs to stay. We'd also appreciate if guests leave their shoes downstairs to help keep the loft lovely for everyone : ) There is a key safe at the guest's entrance. Guest access When you arrive, park if you have a car at the right of the garage where there is plenty room for a guests car. Walk around the back of the garage to the back garden and you’ll see the door to the loft on your left with the shed and guests patio on the right. Guests are very welcome to use the patio area at the entrance to the loft. Other things to note The Loft at Craiglea has a zip and link super-king bed which can split into 2 full-size single beds. We can provide a campcot with mattress and fresh bedding. The area is very quiet and secure and there is a co-op just a few minutes walk away which is open from 6am to 10pm. The portable induction hob only uses induction compatible pans which are included in the kitchen equipment.
