Arendalsuka/Summer vacation in Arendal?

The home is located in a child-friendly building area. There is a short distance to Nidelva, shops, bus connection, 6 km to Arendal city center and 40 min to the Zoo in Kristiansand. There are nice outdoor areas with various seating areas, a winter garden and lawn. Sun from early in the morning to 9 pm. Arendalsuka (week 33), minimum 4 nights. The space Many nice hiking areas, walking distance to Nidelv Brygge (Popular restaurant) and swimming in freshwater and sea. Short distance to popular beaches; Stølsviga, Tangen and Nidelva. Gas grill and fire pit. Charging station for electric car. Guest access Good parking possibilities. The garages are not available. Charging cable hangs on the outside and can be connected if needed. (Type 2, 3 phase 32 A) Other things to note The entrance to the house is up on the 2nd floor. We have tenants in the basement. We have a cat that will be around the house while you are there, but the cat doesn't need to be inside. The neighbors fed the cat by the garage. It's a Bengal cat, and we have one with allergies, but this has gone well. The nearest bus stop is Skarpnes.
