The house is located in the village of Brundby, and it has a cozy kitchen with dining table - and with exit to terrace with garden furniture. Living room with wood-burning stove, two bright bedrooms + a smaller bathroom. In Brundby is the rock hotel, and it is 2 kilometers to the seaside town of Ballen, where there are good restaurants. It is 2 km to Tranebjerg with good shopping opportunities. Steep stairs without handrails up to the house, which unfortunately is not handicap-friendly. The space Unique grounds and garden. House with coziness, wood-burning stove and space. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, but must book an extra guest if the basement is to be used. As such, it is not part of the lease, but can be used. Other things to note The house is most likely cold upon arrival in the winter, but can easily be heated using a wood-burning stove and radiators (district heating) The house is not handicap-friendly, and there are steep stairs up to the house without handrails.
