Close to Grand Traverse Bay beaches, the TART trail (biking & walking trail), restaurants, brew pubs, wooded hiking and mountain biking trails. The space Guests have private use of the front living room as well as the private bedroom and private bathroom on the second floor. There’s also plenty of outdoor living space on the property, including fire pit & and café table & chairs. Note: Owner is also residing in the the house. During your stay I enjoy good conversation with good company. I’m open to spending time with guests or giving them their space/privacy.
