Well-equipped, family-friendly two-story apartment with great location (30m wildmill, 400m old town, 950m Kuressaare Castle and city beach). It has private entrance, parking on the premises, yard (BBQ, sandbox) and a sun terrace with outdoor furniture. It is suitable for 5 adults and 1 small child (crib 0-3y). It has 2 bedrooms, a livingroom with well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free wifi, towels and sheets are provided. It has a stove, kettle, fridge, microwave, coffe maschine (works with Paulig cupsolo capsules- you can get them from the grocery nearby), kitchenware etc. We have helpful things for families with children. You do not need to pack up your entire home to come to a vocation. We have toys, potty, toilet seat, bench, books, TV channels for children, sanbox (in the yard). Guests can use a grill and terrace furniture. Guest access This apartment is in the nice new house, which was built in 2017. There are 2 apartments with private entrances in this house and I rent them both for guests. Apartments have common sunny yard and a terrace. Other things to note Kuressaare city nighttime is 23PM-7AM. Smoking indoors is prohibited. It is not allowed to have parties in this apartment.
