Large summer place near the lake with beds for 14-16 people. Large terrace with gas/coal and smoke grill, fireplace, garden with barbecue area. bedrooms in the house: 3 double rooms and 1 double room with bunk bed in addition 1 room with a single bed 1 room with a family bunk bed Basement living room with double sofa bed 1 annex in addition. 2 bathrooms. 2 living rooms Laundry room. Boat is at your own risk. 5 min walk down to the water and berth. Here you can swim and fish, or take the boat 5 min out to the island Tromlingene which has many nice swimming areas. The space Amazing view from a giant terrace with fireplace, charcoal/gas/smoke grill. Nice garden with barbecue area in the back of the house as well. Parking for 4-5 cars on the outside of the house. 5 minutes to walk down to the water where the boat is located. You can swim from the mountain there or take the boat 5 min to the island Tromlingene which has beautiful swimming areas both from mountains and sandy beaches. You can fish for cod and mackerel just outside the boat dock, and light crabs at night if you want. Large grocery store on the way to the house about 3 km. Hove 10 min to drive, with beautiful beaches, rental of water activities, climbing park with zipline, cafes and restaurants. Approx. 1.3 miles to Arendal. 15-20 min by car. 45 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo. 3 hours to Oslo.
