Summer on the beach - winter by the fireplace

The "Kranichhof" is only a few minutes from the swimming lake in the old village. There is a big orchard and horse paddocks. The spacious, 90 square meter loft apartment is located on the first floor of an old converted and expanded farmhouse. It has one big bedroom, shower and tub bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV reading area, desk, dining area, extra sofa bed and large balcony terrace. Pet only on request, €15/day The space TV, WiFi, garden and yard with horses, dog and cats. The accommodation is for max. 4 adults and 1 child laid out. The box spring bed (180x200) invites you to relax and sleep. In the living room there is a Ligne-Roset sofa bed with a slatted base (160x200) where 2 people can sleep comfortably There is also a baby travel bed if needed. For children of any age, the charge for an extra person of €25 will be charged. Housekeeping dogs or cats can be brought for a daily fee of €10. This must be paid locally. A dog basket for medium sized dogs and a dog bed for large dogs is there. Water bowl and wipes for the dog paws as well as fleece blankets are available. Breakfast: On request as an additional service €12,50 per person. Coffee beans for the fully automatic machine are in the kitchen, so not every guest has to shop. In this case, an obolus is asked for the "coffee frog", but everyone can of course bring their own beans. Guest access House and garden, yard. Other things to note Guest dogs should be socially compatible and well behaved with conspecifics. We ask that the dogs or cats are not allowed on the sofas or in the beds.
