Bright, friendly room in the old building

Family rents a bright, friendly room (16 m²) on the first floor of a renovated old building with large garden, terrace and dog. All rooms have high ceilings, wooden floors, gas central heating. The space Our old building from 1907 is not quite finished renovating yet, but the essential renovations have been completed. The house is mold-free and pollutant-free. The room overlooks the front garden with terrace and lots of green plants. The room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, two comfortable chairs and a small table. The bed is a single bed. Guest access The kitchen on the first floor is not huge, but very cozy. A dishwasher is available. The small bathroom with toilet and shower is also on the first floor. We require men to use the toilet while sitting. After showering, ventilation is one of the guest's tasks. (The family has their bathroom on the 2nd floor.) There is a large garden and a terrace. During your stay We are working and very busy, but are available to help and guide. For weekend arrivals (Thu. or Fri.), arrival is only possible from 5 PM (or by exact arrangement). Since we often accommodate family members who do not live in Hamburg, we cannot rent continuously. But within the framework of 10 to 11 days we are flexible, even on days blocked in the calendar - if we know one to two weeks in advance. Other things to note We have a friendly, very well-behaved, lively dog, a Jack Russell. Therefore, a sociable, well-trained dog is welcome to bring along. However, we cannot take care of him.
