Nice and bright two-room apartment in a villa with its own entrance at the back of the house. The first room is a living and dining room with a small kitchen, fully equipped, and the second is a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed. There's also a toilet with shower. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Stuvsta commuter train station, from where you can go to Stockholm Central Station in 12 minutes. The villa is located in a quiet residential area near a swimming lake and with proximity to grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. Also renting out until further notice. Guest access Our washing machine is in the basement, so if you need to borrow it, you can let us know and you can borrow the key. Other things to note We live in the villa and I have my two teenagers every other week, which can sometimes be heard through the door. The train tracks are a few hundred meters away, so you can sometimes hear it, but it's really nothing that bothers us. Otherwise, it's a very quiet and peaceful area.
