Nice two room flat 15 minutes from Stockholm C .

Nice and light two room appartment in a villa with independent entrence in the back of the house. There is a livingroom with a small fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower. It takes about 3 minutes walk to Stuvsta commuter train station (pendel), where the train takes you to central Stockholm in 12 minutes. Nice and calm area, close to a small lake. Grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants close by. Guest access We share the washing machine, that is in the basement. If you would like to use it, just let me know so that I can give you the key. Other things to note I live in the house together with my two teenagers every second week, which might be heard. Also, the train is a few hundrends of meeters away which makes some sound if you are sensitive, but it doesn't disturb us. Otherwise very calm area.
