Blissful silence in the French Champagne-Ardennes

It is always surprising to drive into an area that seems so empty and deserted. In spring and summer, it is a true joy of greenery and birds in a wide sloping landscape. In addition to vacation, leisure and relaxation, the gîte is also very suitable for working, writing, design or music in peace. There is a piano, no neighbors to cause a nuisance, just a beautiful place to get inspiration. In the evening, a campfire can be made. The space The gîte consists of a living room with open kitchen and a separate sanitary area with shower, toilet and sink. A spiral staircase in the corner of the living room gives access to a mezzanine where the sleeping area is located. The space has three sides of windows, all of which look out over the garden and the hills down into the valley. The gîte can be reached by stairs from the garden. A rustic wood-burning stove provides the heating. Guest access The gîte is a side wing of the house and completely independently accessible to the guest. The garden (2400 m²) has shaded spots, sofas, tables and chairs, a vegetable garden and fire pits, ... free for everyone to use.
