Beautiful balcony overlooking Lake Erie and private beach. Indoor pool also has a view of Lake Erie. Quiet hours are designated from 10 pm- 8 am within and outside of the building. No bachelorette parties. No marijuana to be used on property . I will be available by text but not on site. We have great maintenance people who are excellent for any. emergencies.
