'The Penthouse' South Downs Flexible Accommodation

A cosy, newly refurbished private top floor living space in a farmhouse in the South Downs, containing a double bedroom, a study/lounge with double sofa bed, bathroom, and breakfast bar. All rooms have beautiful views across the gardens and fields. The space 'The Penthouse' is a cosy space at the top of our lovely farmhouse. It has secure access from the main hallway which is shared with other household residents, but the top floor itself is private and self contained. It has been recently refurbished to provide comfortable and flexible accommodation in the beautiful South Downs. The double bed is made up with fine cotton bedding. The comfortable sofa in the lounge can also be made up as a sofa bed on request for a small additional fee. The bathroom is stocked with loo roll, fresh bath sheets and hand towels. There is a breakfast bar with a fridge and kettle, mugs and coffee, teabags, milk and sugar, with views over the back garden. Guests have access to the extensive garden at Bury Gate House. There are places in the gardens to sit and enjoy the views. There is also a public footpath that runs from the property over nearby fields and makes a nice walk down to the local pub. Due to water and animals on the property we regret that we cannot accept children under the age of 8. The area is residential and noise should be restricted after 10:30pm. Guest access You’ll need a car or bike to explore the beautiful places around Bury Gate House. Parking is plentiful and secure bike storage is available.
