Self contained ground floor annexe in large house close to the City of Nottingham and beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Sleeps 2/3. Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. The space The annexe is for your own use for the duration of your stay. I hope you will make it your own `home from home'. As part of our commitment to the Air BnB enhanced cleaning protocols, we are currently providing towels, hand soap and sanitiser but guests are asked to provide their own toiletries. Guest access You will have full use of all parts and amenities of the annexe which is totally self-contained. Other things to note For accessibility, please note that doorways and corridors are a minimum of 30 inches across but will take smaller wheelchairs. See accessibility section for photos. The double bed is 20" in height off the ground. 6" risers are available for guests needing a higher bed. Please request when booking. One electric riser/recliner armchair and one manual recliner armchair. A starter selection of breakfast items are provided including bread, milk, eggs, orange juice, teas/coffees and a choice of cereals, spreads and preserves.
