My Favorite Place / close to wynwood

Warm apartament, located in a central point, close to excellent restaurants, theaters and excellent nightlife. I 95, just a few blocks away. It’s a safe area. The apartment is a few minutes from Downtown Miami, 5 minutes from Wynwood, 5 minutes from Midtown, 7 minutes from Miami Arena, Bayside, 10 - 15 minutes from Miami Beach (depending on traffic). In the area we have Walgreens, Publix, Price Choise, Starbucks, Banks ( Chase Bank, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America), Peruvian restaurants, Mexican restaurant, etc
