Ping pong table. Tv, stereo, internet + tel. Enclosed garden in front of the house with kitchen and living room, garden open to the rear. Private swimming pool overlooking the ruins of the Château de Bruzac. On the banks of the La Côle river, ideal for lovers of trout fishing. Pricing and payment terms Deposit: 25% upon reservation. Balance: 4 weeks before the start of the stay. Arrivals are from Saturday to Saturday from 5 p.m. and departures no later than 9:30 a.m. For payment by bank transfer, sending of RIB / IBAN on request. We also accept vacancy checks in payment of all or part. The prices indicated are all charges included: pool maintenance, water, gas (except heating), electricity (package). On the other hand, the tenants must pay, to the owners, the tourist tax: 0.33 € / night / person over 18 years. Deposit: 860 €.
