La Monestière

The space Discover La Monestière, a former miller's house transformed into a tranquil haven for up to six people located in the charming setting of the Green Perigord. This standalone house of 100m2 masterfully combines the serene atmosphere of the countryside with all the necessary amenities to promise a memorable stay. It's the perfect place for lovers of nature, history, and gastronomy, offering an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Inside, La Monestière offers a warm living space with a fireplace to gather during the chilly evenings. Equipped with a dine-in kitchen including an espresso machine and a gas stove to start the day with energy and prepare delicious meals. Comfort is enhanced by the presence of a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as three cozy bedrooms upstairs, ensuring privacy and rest, complemented by two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, encouraging relaxation after a day of exploration. Exploring the outside, you'll find a harmonious private garden offering a perfect setting for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the sun. The private pool provides a welcome coolness during the hot summer days, and the nearby La Côle river at 150 m promises unforgettable trout fishing moments. The surroundings host the village of Saint-Jean de Côle, one of the most beautiful in France, to discover, as well as the rich historical heritage of the Green Perigord. Right at your refuge's doorstep, outdoor activities abound, from hiking to canoe-kayak excursions, offering experiences for every visitor. The two holiday houses are on the same site but are clearly separate from each other and each has its own idyllic garden and private pool. They enjoy a quiet location outside of a little village, about 12km from Brantôme. They are ideal for spending a relaxing holiday in the beautiful green Périgord. The village is about 1.5km away, with a bakery, a grocery shop and a restaurant. In Brantôme 12km away there are an adventure park with climbing facilities, kayaking and canoeing.
