NEWLY REFURBED APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF GREENWICH

A modern, stylish, newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Greenwich. A 2 min walk from the closest train station (Maze Hill Station) and 10 mins from Cutty Sark DLR station, with a bus stop at the doorstep. It is perfectly located to transport links to Central London. Greenwich Park, the Cutty Sark, the Old Queen's House and the National Maritime Museum are a few minutes walk from the property making this an exceptional location for sightseeing. Supermarket is 1 min walk. The space The apartment is newly refurbished, from the walls and floors down to the furniture! It’s both modern and stylish with unique features to compliment the look. The apartment is situated on 2 floors. Access is on the ground floor, with a wide hall way leading to the lounge area. The lounge area then extends to the Dining area and the kitchen. Towards the end of the ground floor you can find the Bathroom and Toilet, which contains a beautiful power shower, perfect after a long day of travelling. The layout of the apartment makes this apartment unique as it is very long and spacious, which makes it perfect for both adults and children. In the Lounge area you can find a sofa bed which is perfect for a 5th guest! The stairs at the right of the hall way then lead onto the 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Very Spacious but cosy at the same time. Both bedrooms linen are changed after each stay and bedrooms are thoroughly cleaned. Both bedrooms have windows to allow light and air to flow in. Note that one of the bedroom is off the main road and so some noise may be present. I am more than happy to provide ear plugs if it causes guests any issues. Guest access The apartment is not shared, you will be free to roam the area with no worries of having someone else around! The apartment is self check in, meaning the keys will be found in a lockbox outside the apartment where guests can let themselves in. Other things to note We also provide a Travel Cot and High chair for those guests with babies and/or small children. Unfortunately, from Oct 2021 I am no longer able to offer free parking due to a change in the permit allocation from physical to virtual. Alternatively there is a £10 GBP ALL DAY car park which is 2 minutes away from the property. There are also many pay and display bays on many of the side roads within the vicinity of the apartment. We are very respectful of the environment & we ask guests to politely switch off boiler, lights & other powered equipment whilst they're out of the apartment. ID and payment card may potentially be requested upon check in.
