You will be welcomed in a beautiful stone house located in the historic heart of the medieval village. Completely refurbished and decorated with lots of taste, this house of 155 m2 on 3 levels has a lot of charm. The space On the ground floor, you can enjoy a kitchen/dining room equipped with an oven, electric hobs, a dishwasher , a microwave , a baby high chair and a fridge, a living room with TV overlooking a terrace , a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, and a toilet. You will have an internet connection. On the 1st floor, you will have at your disposal a 2 nd large living room with TV, a bedroom with a bed of 180 x 200 and a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and baby bath. On the 2nd floor you will have 3 bedrooms ( 1 with two 90 x 190 beds, 1 with two 90 x 200 beds and a crib and 1 last with two 90 x 190 beds) and bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. You will have at your disposal in the vaulted cellar of the house 6 bikes with which you can walk on the green lane, as well as deckchairs, table , chairs and umbrella that will allow you to enjoy the pleasant terrace located to the south. No animals allowed. In addition, smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. Guest access In Saint Gengoux, a pretty medieval city, you can visit its church dating from the 12 th century, but also the washhouse, the fountains, the square tower; the Pillory Square,...and you can enjoy the greenway, an old railway line reserved for walkers and cyclists. You can also have 6 bicycles that you will find in the cellar of the house and if you need more you can rent them in the village. In the surroundings you can visit many castles: the Château de Cormatin, that of Brancion, that of Berzé le chatel, that of Piereclos and that of Lamartine located in Saint Point.
