Elevation can vary between 6000’ to almost 12,000’. Many homes are multi-level with stairs on inclined lots. Expect wildlife to hinder traffic flow. You may lose cell phone connection in some areas. This is the mountains, and it happens. If you visit in winter, be aware of potential snowy and icy conditions. A 4-wheel drive vehicle or tire-chains are recommended in winter months.
