Beautifully appointed cottage located on Willow Bay, Long Beach area featuring a private sandy beach with spectacular views of Lake Erie. Enjoy swimming in the shallow water and relaxing on the beach. Watch a colourful sunset from the deck as you listen to the sounds of the water. At dusk, sit around the camp fire and toast marshmallows. This cottage offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Located in a quiet family area, yet minutes from restaurants and golf courses. The space The cottage is open concept with two bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen size bed. There are 4 beds in the loft along with a children's play area, TV and DVD player Spacious living room and dining area with large windows overly the lake. There is a fully stocked kitchen with 2 fridges, stove, microwave, blender, slow cooker, and more. Newly added A/C wall units on main floor and in loft; gas fireplace, and water purification system. Plenty of outdoor amenities including a kayak, paddle board, peddle boat, water mat, beach toys, and lawn games. Guest access This beach house is located on a private lot with its own private beach area. There is parking for 3 vehicles in front of the cottage. There is a set of shared stairs to access the beach from the upper lawn area. Other things to note Due to Town of Wainfleet bylaws, starting May 2024 this cottage is no longer a STR. 30 night minimum. The Long Beach Conservation Park is just a 2 minute walk away with a playground and swings for children. Please note that beach conditions can change depending on Mother Nature. There is stone and small shells on the beach this season. We typically don’t have seaweed, but it can wash in depending on the wind direction. This is beyond our control.
