Honeysuckle Barn - Bedroom 1

Honeysuckle Barn is a charming recently restored barn in a rural location offering four large bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 for ambulant disability, which can be single, twin or double. Each room is complete with breakfast bar and digital TV, ensuite shower rooms, with w.c. and washbasin. A kitchenette provides for a simple continental breakfast self-catering with fridge/freezer space, toaster, kettle, microwave and George Forman grill. There is ample courtyard parking. The space Honeysuckle Barn is situated in rural countryside between Junct. 11 of the M4 and Junct. 5 of the M3 on the outskirts of Swallowfield village in a hamlet surrounded by farmland. There is ample courtyard parking accessed between 2 beech hedges off Church Road/Nutbean Lane corner, diagonally opposite the G&D pub. The four light and airy ensuite bedrooms are all located on the ground floor providing comfortable, simply furnished accommodation with digital TV, ample storage, space to sit and relax, eat or work. A unique combination of bed and breakfast accommodation provides a choice of juices, milk, cereals and breads, with home-made preserves as a self-catering facility, enabling visitors to also prepare other meals themselves in the small, shared, kitchenette which provides a microwave, fridge and freezer. Upstairs the lounge offers visitors a cosy room to sit and enjoy Freeview digital TV or just the company of others, together with a multipurpose room to eat, study or talk. A utility room offers handwash and ironing facilities. Long term stays welcome. Fire risk compliant. Lockable shed for bikes. Guest access There is a gourmet pub across the road, others nearby and garden centres locally, providing food. Small shops (with ATM machines) are within 3 miles of the location, some with extended opening hours. There are local public footpaths.
