Very large room in a beautiful house for nice guests

This beautiful musician's house is large, bright, houses a cute cat and is idyllically quiet except for a few passing trains. This place is ideal for walking along the Nidda or the Wetter. In addition to nice neighbors, there are even alpacas here... Welcome! The space The modern kitchen is embedded in a 55 sqm living room. Here, once a week, the piano is played, but gladly if you are not there. Guest access - You can play the piano or use the garden if you want. Shared use of the living area including piano and terrace/garden is possible at any time without any problems. - New from Dec 22: Washing machine use costs 7 EUR (cash) per machine due to the energy crisis. Due to limited drying possibilities in the small laundry/technical room, both are only by arrangement.) - New from Jan 23: the dryer is only available by arrangement and costs EUR 10 - New from Feb 23: Due to the energy crisis, the use of the freezer costs EUR 8 per month per freezer compartment or EUR 2 per week. - New from now on: Use large kitchen appliances only by arrangement and please always reduce power consumption. Keep doors and windows closed or ventilate for 5 minutes 3 times a day. During your stay We can do something together, in case we want and both of us have a little bit time. :-) Other things to note You can rent this bigger room or a smaller room (have a look on the other advertisement on AirBnB) or maybe the two rooms together. You can rent a bathroom together or a bath for your own. We only have to talk about this when you're coming - and this depends of course of the situation (2 or 3 persons per house). You can not have a guest inside this room, but you can rent the second, smaller room via AirbnB.
