The house is conveniently located less than 2 miles from Dunedin and Downtown Clearwater, both offering fantastic restaurants, live music, and activities. And best of all, Clearwater Beach is less than 5 miles away! Location!! This home is a very rare find in Florida. With vaulted ceilings and white wood paneling throughout the entire house, you really feel the charm of this historic 1937 home. The home is split level so the living room is sunken in which adds to the charm. Please keep in mind when booking with elderly guests or younger children and look at the pictures in the living room. Each room is designed with comfort in mind down to the linens and towels. We provide high quality, oversized towels and the softest linens (that even have pockets on the side to store your phone for easy access). Each room has a tv with access to Netflix and more. In addition, the wifi is top of the line as many of our guests are working remote these days. Guest access Guests can park right in front of the home on the street and there is a cobblestone walkway (well lit at night) where they can access the front door. Other things to note We strive on cleanliness so we ensure our cleaning crew is using the best quality products, with air purifying vaccums as well as washing each towel, linen and comforter after each guest departure even if they don't appear to be used. If there is anything in particular our guests need, we encourage you to ask as we are generally willing to accomodate certain requests.
