Description
Beautiful, large apartment with great living room with LED TV. The space This pretty (approx. 80 sqm) holiday apartment is located in a property renovated in 2017/2018, which was built as a bowling alley. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a large double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed. The large living room is furnished with a cozy sitting area overlooking the TV (46" LED TV with DVB-T2) and a dining area with dining table and six chairs. The kitchen-living room has a bright and well-equipped fitted kitchen (in addition to the utensils for eating and cooking, among other things, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a high built-in oven and a Senseo coffee machine) with dining area with four chairs. A spacious shower room with a large walk-in rain shower completes the apartment. The whole apartment is tiled in stone look and equipped with floor heating. So in the winter it is pleasantly warm and pleasantly cool on the feet in the summer. In addition, the floor is well suited for welcome four-legged guests. We ourselves have four dogs and therefore do our best to make everything practical and easy to maintain for use with four-legged friends. Of course, the apartment is cleaned after every use, but an apartment for vacation with a dog remains an apartment for vacationers with a dog. For example, it will not be suitable for allergy sufferers. All windows are provided with high-quality screens, so you will be spared pests. The special charm (in addition to the modern equipment in a historical building with appropriate decorative pieces) makes up the private garden. The apartment has a large front garden where the sun shines from early morning to late afternoon. The garden is fenced about 80 cm high and partly with privacy screens, so you can relax comfortably without having to keep an eye on your four-legged friend. The entrance area was equipped with a high-quality large canopy at the end of 2017 so that a stroller or bicycles are also dry. The back garden is about 24 square meters and fenced 2m high. Through the roof, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here regardless of the weather. In an annex, we created a washing facility with a washer and dryer for our two apartments in 2020. Washing is paid (tokens) There is a terrace in front of the house and there everyone can make themselves comfortable to their taste. Garden furniture and a barbecue are of course part of the equipment. In addition, there is plenty of reading material or magazines to browse the area, excursion destinations, garden and DIY. The apartment has free Wi-Fi with fast internet connection via fiber optic. Parking is possible directly at the apartment for up to 3 cars (also larger ones). The apartment is located in Grabau, a place with about 800 inhabitants in wonderful green surroundings with perfect connection to the surrounding cities. You can start from the doorstep for long walks into the beautiful surroundings and walk through forests, lakes, places or on the (old) railway dam. The place itself offers a great farm shop and shops for decorative things for the house and garden. The A21 motorway entrance is 4.5 km away. Just right to get there quickly but also to not be disturbed by it. Via this or other connections you can reach Hamburg in a short time (about 35 minutes to the city center, 25 minutes to the beautiful so-called forest villages), Lübeck (about 40 minutes), Bad Segeberg (about 15 minutes -> Karl Mai Festival) and Bad Oldesloe (about 10 minutes -> very beautiful old town). The Baltic Sea is also around the corner. We always say that we are very lucky to be able to live in such a wonderful place and wish you to enjoy your vacation as well. Guest access The entire apartment is available to you alone. Other things to note For your electric car we have a type 2 charging station with up to 32kW charging power ... individual billing according to usage.
