Very cozy, comfortable and spacious house, with large terraces, a large exclusive garden and private parking. On the ground floor: large entrance, direct access to the garden and bathroom with shower. On the first floor: large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and terrace on the garden, living-dining room with table and sofas, large adjacent habitable terrace, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. The space Built in 1920 by my grandmother, the house has always been inhabited by my family and has been recently renovated, with care and respect for the constructive and affective characteristics; in fact, some pieces of furniture from my grandmother and my parents have been kept. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms. The blue room, which overlooks the garden, has a double bed and a bathroom with a private travertine shower, the handcrafted gold leaf headboard of the bed characterises it remarkably. In this room it is possible, upon request, to put an extra bed. The red room, with wooden parquet flooring, has an ancient 19th century closet and a large, comfortable double bed, the bathroom with a bathtub of its own is the front door. The living area is very spacious, in the living room sofas, bookshop with books available for reading. The large kitchen is complete with every equipment, with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator and other small appliances, extendable table with chairs. The large terrace, accessed from the living room, is equipped with an umbrella, table and chairs and is ideal for breakfast and dinner in summer in full relaxation. Adjacent to the kitchen, a small and comfortable veranda/laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer; from here you can also access the back terrace overlooking the garden, where you will also find a table and chairs if you prefer more privacy. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance with grandma's furniture, a bathroom with shower and the access room to the garden. The large private garden of over 1000 square meters with tall trees, which develops at the back of the house, is at your complete and exclusive disposal. Here you will have the opportunity to have moments of relaxation, fitness or just leisure, chairs and small gym tools are at your disposal, as well as the Weber barbecue, if you want to grill. Guest access The garden is exclusively reserved for you and you can use it freely, as well as the two terraces, for moments of relaxation and leisure. Some doors are closed because the spaces beyond them are reserved. In case of reservations with less than maximum capacity, unused rooms and bathrooms will be closed. NEED TO KNOW At check-in, you will be required to pay the Tourist Tax in cash of €1 per person per night for a maximum of 5 days, excluding children under 12 years of age. EXTRA AND SURCHARGES - TO BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-IN - For long stays (after the first 7 days) there is an additional cost of € 80 for each week of stay beyond the first, which includes the weekly cleaning service with linen change and all general costs (electricity, gas, etc.) - In the winter period from October 15 to April 15, they must be paid on site, at the time of check-in in €15 per day, as a reimbursement for heating expenses.
