The garden room also has a sink and is therefore beautifully complete. The room has a super luxurious box spring of 160 cm x 210 cm. The size of the bed also makes this space very suitable for tall people. In addition to the comfort and size of this bed, the bed also has a built-in massage on one side. For people who prefer a slightly harder mattress, there is the possibility to turn one of the mattresses around. In short... ultimate sleeping comfort. Perfect also for business guests. Guest access We have a shared front door where you enter, but with your own door (with lock) you have your own private space. Everything is downstairs and you don't have to share the shower, toilet, kitchen and garden/ bedroom with others. Everything is provided with new paint in the room, in the kitchen there is also a table model fridge with freezer compartment, a small oven and a microwave. The downstairs room has been rented out as an apartment in the past and is therefore also furnished that way. Other things to note I live in the city center, but the street is very quiet, you will hardly be bothered by the traffic. The train passes behind the house. Some will be more affected by this than others. The house has special noise-reducing grilles. The sound is minimal inside. Guests have never complained about this, even find it not that bad. In the summer, the house is warm. There is a large awning and a fan, and since 2020 there is also heat-resistant foil on the windows. This will stop most of the heat when you close the door. The houses are just not built for tropical temperatures. Tourist tax is €1.00 pppn. This has recently also been settled at the time of booking. Use of the Jacuzzi is possible at an additional cost of €30 per day and can be paid upon arrival. Don't forget to book in advance, the Jacuzzi must be prepared for use. Don't forget swimwear and slippers. Food is forbidden in the Jacuzzi and showering in advance is mandatory due to hygiene. Remember that if you have music, you are right in the center. Realize that if you have the Jacuzzi on, you may unconsciously turn the speaker up louder. Loud music is not allowed as well as loud parties (not even with two people ;))
