Holly cottage is located in the charming little village of Wold Newton, in the heart of the Yorkshire wolds, within a short drive from the east coast resorts. Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner. The space Ample free parking outside the cottage. Lounge area includes a 32” TV with Netflix, sky tv log burner. Fully equipped kitchen smeg fridge freezer ,washing machine and microwave. Bathroom, with bath , hand shower. Main bedroom, double bed,double wardrobe, chest of drawers. Small bedroom single bed wardrobe. This charming cottage has a small outside seating area to enjoy eating and drinking. There is no private parking area, but there is on street parking with plenty of space. Just to clarify our cottage is unsuitable for toddlers and small children. With regret any bookings with children under 8will be declined. The cottage has an open staircase with steep stairs and a log burner. Please note that Holly cottage is over 200 years old with original tiled fools and steep stairs and no safety features for small children, and elderly people may struggle with the stairs Guest access There is a small outside area with table and chairs perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea or chill with a glass of wine. Other things to note Please note as this cottage is over 200 years old so not very child friendly, and unsafe for children due to steep stairs, log burner, no child locks or fire guards. Please be advised this is a residential area with neighbors so please no excessive noise after 9pm, and under no circumstances no fireworks at any time. No extra guests, please state in booking the correct amount of people that are staying. No pets.
