The space Just one block from the beach in La Punta – Camaná, this double room with a screen, located on the third floor, offers comfort, an excellent location and an ideal atmosphere to rest. It has two single beds and a half, a private bathroom and access to a shared terrace, where you will have your own space with chairs to relax outdoors. Access is through the front door, going up shared stairs. Due to the property's policies, unregistered people (visitors) are not allowed to enter. Only the people indicated at the time of booking can enter. PLEASE NOTE: If during the stay an additional person is detected in the room (even if it is for a visit or for a short time), they must register with their ID and additionally pay the corresponding EXTRA FEE, which is S/ 25 soles for each day that an additional person enters. The house has several rooms for rent, so basic rules of coexistence must be respected. ⸻ CHECK IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in time on the day of your arrival is flexible, as long as it is after 2:00 pm (2:00 pm) onwards. If you arrive before this time, you can leave your luggage in custody in a nearby and safe place while the room is being prepared. IMPORTANT: If you arrive and wish to use the room before check-in time, you must coordinate an additional payment with me for Early Check-In (subject to room availability) Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am If your trip is later, you can coordinate with me to leave your luggage in our custody. If you wish to continue using the room after 11:00 am, you must necessarily add an additional night to your stay or arrange an additional payment for Late Check-Out, depending on the check-out time and availability. These services must be paid directly to me (transfer, Yape, Plin or cash). REMEMBER: The accommodation is charged per night (hotel day), not per hour. If you arrive after check-in time or leave before check-out, the cost will not change and will not be subject to discounts or compensation. During your stay I, Jorge, Víctor Hugo, am here to help you with whatever you need during your stay. We want your stay to be peaceful and carefree. In the event that neither of us is present, we will designate a person of total confidence to help you. We respect your privacy very much and we will strive to have a good comfort in our stay.
