Our apartment should be a home away from home for you. It is modernly decorated and offers a cozy ambience. Wi-Fi is available in the house and is free of charge. The 38 sqm 1-room apartment with terrace has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and other electrical appliances, as well as a flat-screen satellite TV. The apartment is equipped with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Free parking spaces are also available in the yard. The space A friendly, homely ambience was especially important to us when furnishing. When choosing the floors, curtains and wall design, we paid particular attention to modern standards. Comfortable beds and cabinets were made especially for us by a regional hotel supplier and carpenter. The bathroom offers plenty of space, a floor-level shower and a hairdryer ensure a complete feel-good experience. The built-in kitchen – also a massive carpentry work – offers modern optics and comfort. Thanks to a dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and microwave, self-catering is ensured from day one!
