This is a spacious, double room on the first floor of a quiet family home located 5-minutes drive from Bedford Town Centre. Your room has its own adjoining private bathroom with full-sized bath, electric shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail, towels and toiletries. Your in-room amenities include free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, fan, fan-heater, kettle and tea-tray. The space You'll be staying in large, first-floor, dual-aspect, double bedroom with its own adjoining private bathroom. The room has been recently decorated and has plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. Facilities include free WiFi, flat screen TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron and ironing board is located just outside your room on the landing. Your bathroom has a bath, newly-fitted power-shower, WC, pedestal hand basin and heated towel rail. The house is located on a quiet residential street overlooking Goldington Green and approx 1.5 miles from Bedford Town Centre. Guest access You have free access to all the garden/outdoor seating areas during your stay. We can happily serve you breakfast outside if the weather is agreeable. Our detached double-garage houses a well-equipped home gym which you are welcome to use. You are also welcome to store your bicycle/motorbike in the garage during your stay. If you are coming by car, you can park on our driveway which is located behind electric iron gates so your car will be safe and secure. During your stay We are professional music teachers and work largely from home. On weekends we are often out and about with gigs (especially in the summer season) and we would inform you of our commitments at the time of accepting your booking. We are happy to provide you with keys to the house so you can come and go as you please. Other things to note We have two very friendly cats - brother and sister Binx and Belle. Neither will have access to your room during your stay (unless you would like some company!)
