The house is in three levels. A sitting room with a fireplace. A kitchen with all facilities: dish-washer, oven, fridge, freezer etc. and an en suite dinning room. There are three bedrooms with double beds, private balconies with stunning views and two bathrooms. For extra privacy bedrooms and bathrooms 1&2 are on separate levels. The bedrooms and the sitting room provide full air-condition and heat if necessary. There is a washing machine, TV, music at hand for all mood! Enjoy the heat in a hammock next to the private swimming pool with a perfect view over the sea. Furthermore, in about 100m away there is a route that will guide you to the sandy private beach where you can fish and swim. In about 2km away there is an organized beach, called "Xyla" (a long sandy beach that is famous as undoubtedly the island s best beach). Near the house there are routes that will guide you at all various locations of the island.
