#Vila Rumiana

A beautiful new house, in a quiet green place, surrounded by woods, with magnificent view of ski slopеs of Borovets. The space Welcome to villa Rumiana, Gutsal. The village of Gutsal is located in the Samokov Region under the Rila Mountains. It is a quiet place where life goes at a slow pace away from the noise of the big cities. The house is about 90 km away from Sofia and 17 km away from Samokov and Kostenets. The place is ideal base for exploring the natural surroundings. There are many sites and attractions worth visiting in the vicinity that include a golf field, hot water springs (temperature between 28-40°), hiking routes and the famous Bulgarian ski resort Borovets. The house has a separate entrance for the accommodation rooms, private bathroom and a large shared hall that connects to the other wing. There is a main fireplace in the hall that provides the warmth during the cold months. There is also a spacious front yard and a pet golden retriever. Other things to note Let me start offering dinner/lunch for my dear guests! By request, I'll make for you BBQ meat, French fries, salads and home baked bread. All of the products are locally grown. This will cost 25 Euro per person. Will have soup of the day for just 4 Euro per person. Please, let me know 1 day in advance if you want me to prepare meals for you. :)
