Younger guests can enjoy the separate snug and games room, complete with Xbox and a large cinema-style TV, perfect for playing games, watching films, or curling up on the large sofa with a good book. Surrounded by beautiful Yorkshire countryside, the property is perfectly placed for peaceful walks, relaxed family days out, and exploring nearby villages, reservoirs, and local attractions. Penistone, the highest market town in Yorkshire, offers a wide range of local amenities, including a weekly market for fresh produce, along with restaurants, pubs, shops, and a cinema for rainy days or evening entertainment. Guest access There is space for up to three vehicles on the driveway. Additional free parking is available in the car park at the top of the street. Please do not park on the pavement, as this can obstruct delivery drivers and create a hazard for children cycling or walking along the pavement. Other things to note Well-behaved pets may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis by prior agreement. Approved pets must be kept clean and downstairs only. We do not charge an additional pet fee, but guests are expected to clean up thoroughly, including vacuuming any pet hair before departure.
