Other things to note Parking Information – Please Read Carefully There is plenty of parking available near the apartment, but please note the following: Paid parking is enforced from 09:00 to 19:00. From 19:00 to 09:00, parking is free. A Farmer’s Market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday morning (07:00–13:00) directly opposite the apartment. This offers guests a great chance to buy fresh local goods but it does impact parking availability during those times. ⚠️ Important Parking Caution: Do not park in the market area on Tuesday nights or Friday nights, as the market setup begins in the early hours of Wednesday and Saturday mornings, and your vehicle may be blocked or removed. Noise Disclaimer – City Energy Included This is a true city-center apartment, ideal for guests who want to be close to the vibrant heart of Pforzheim. However, please note the following: The apartment is equipped with noise-insulating windows, which reduce most street sounds. Despite this, guests who are highly sensitive to noise may find this apartment less suitable due to its location on a busy street. There is also a local bar located below the apartment, which can be lively on some nights and may result in occasional evening noise. Most guests find the apartment quiet during nighttime hours, but we believe in setting the right expectations for a comfortable stay. Your Health & Safety Come First We are committed to the highest standards of hygiene and guest care. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. We observe a 24-hour vacancy period between bookings to ensure full sanitation effectiveness. A sanitization station is available inside the apartment with sealed hand sanitizers and disposable masks for your use.
