From the kitchen, enjoy an open view of the dining room and an elevated breakfast bar. Down the hall are two bedrooms, each with crown molding, ceiling fans, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The main bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet and a fully updated Jack and Jill bathroom with a double sink vanity, marble countertops, espresso cabinetry, a full-size tub with white subway tile, tile flooring, and convenient access to the full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy early morning hikes or bike rides at nearby Lake Accotink Park, or spend weekends canoeing and fishing. The condo is close to multiple shopping and dining destinations. The community hosts several events each year, including a popular luau, yard sales, bike rallies, winter holiday parties, and more. There are two swimming pools—no one is more than a five-minute walk from a refreshing dip. At the Prince James Drive pool, you can also enjoy the sauna after your swim. This is a ground-level unit with no stairs required for entry. Other things to note Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel, so treat the space with care and respect. If any issues arise, we’ll do our best to resolve them promptly, but there is no on-site staff available 24/7. A one-time $50 pet fee applies for up to two small pets.
