Homefield Barn Annexe - 2 miles from the sea

Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets. The space The annexe is part of our barn conversion but is a completely self-contained space with its own access and off-road parking. It's comfortable and cosy and the underfloor heating is a real treat when returning from a chilly walk! The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with ample storage, dressing table and hair dryer and the bathroom has a large shower and heated towel rail. There is no enclosed outside space but guests are welcome to use the grass adjacent to the studio to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine in the sunshine or to watch the sun go down! Guest access The annexe is self-contained so guests have full access and there is no shared space. There is parking adjacent to the property on a gravel driveway. Other things to note As well as having a pub in the village, we also have the award-winning Gunton Arms 10 minutes away and 2 other lovely pubs within a 5 minute drive, including the Suffield Arms which has a tapas restaurant and cocktail bar and the Vernon Arms which is a traditional country pub. Bus stop giving access to the coast and Norwich is a 5 minute walk away. The closest train station is 2 miles away, linking Cromer to Norwich. Mundesley beach, 2.5 miles away, is one of only 6 Norfolk beaches (71 in England) that were awarded the Blue Flag status (again)! We adhere to Airbnb's 'enhanced clean' protocol, so please be assured that we are following a thorough cleaning checklist between each set of guests and all high touch surfaces will be disinfected & all linens washed at high temperatures.
