The Jouetard dovecote

the pigeonnier is located in a chestnut park, in the middle of our farm and horse breeding, the environment is very quiet, we have restored it with passion and furnished it with family furniture. The swimming pool is exclusively available until 7 p.m. Recent insulation and double glazing make it very pleasant year-round. New in 2024: the pool is heated! The space The dovecote has an entrance with dining area, a living room with fireplace, views of the park, kitchen area separated from the living room by a bench. One bedroom on the ground floor with 180 cm bed and separate bathroom, spacious with large walk-in shower. Upstairs from the dovecote, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom separated by a bench, a 3rd bedroom under the roof with 2 90 cm beds, the bedding and insulation of this last bedroom have just been greatly improved.
