Vacation in Schwarzrieslingstraße

Our holiday home is located in a new development area in the recognized wine and recreational town of Markelsheim. It is an excellent starting point for many activities and sightseeing, such as the Solymar Therme or the Wildlife Park. The space Our holiday apartment is located in the lower floor in a new building, has a controlled living room ventilation and floor heating system. We also have a coffee machine and a water cooker with which you can prepare hot drinks for free. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is on the right side of our house and can be reached via a few steps. The apartment has a living/dining area with integrated bedroom, bathroom and a small hallway. Other things to note Check-in is either in person or by means of a key box. On our property, right next to the entrance of the apartment, there is a parking space available. Markelsheim is located in the spa area and is therefore subject to tourist tax for our holiday guests. The fee is €1.90 per day/person and is collected on site by the landlord. After paying this fee, you will receive a spa card , which allows you to have discounted/free admission at several attractions (the tourist tax is charged by the city of Bad Mergentheim and is a mandatory tax). For business travelers, this fee is waived.
