Hopes House, Bed and Breakfast

There is a large yard for parking with a separate entrance to the house. Bookings are not shared with anyone in a different group. There is a generous snug (with tv) and a dining room. 1 bathroom upstairs, 1 downstairs with showers. Guests have access to a large garden and fields near the house (we politely ask the gates are shut and livestock not disturbed). A rustic barn with ping pong table and a scenic decking area. The space Guests have a separate entrance to the host into a hallway which leads to a cosy sitting room with TV + comfy sofa and a log burner. Your sole space for the evening and early morning. A double bedroom + your own bathroom upstairs and another downstairs with a shower. Dining room + kettle, biscuits, milk, coffee, tea all provided and place for breakfast. No kitchen access but happy to provide space in fridge. A rustic stone barn with ping pong table and a darts board. A large decking area far end of garden with views across the Lakes and Pennines. Guest access A spacious yard to park in and your own front door...Scilla is present to see you in on arrival. During your stay Scilla will be your hostess and her son, Tom , will usually be nearby to help. Breakfast is simple, with juices, cereal, fruits, toast, yoghurt. If requested a simple cooked breakfast can be provided, at an extra charge - £6 pp... can be paid in situ. Other things to note This is a remote area, therefore, restaurants/pubs are in the vicinity but range from 3 to 7 miles away from the house. The track to the house is long and no tarmac! Satnav can take you to farm behind... Once official booking made we can give further instructions. Hidden River Cabins nearby, highly recommended for eating out.
