Very chill, great location. Must really LOVE DOGS

(please, only book after fully reading the listing) Room in a very relaxed, clean and homie appartement. There's 3 bedrooms in total, one is my room, the other two are for guests like you that need a home on a monthly period. You're welcome to share the space with me and the doggies Mambo and Kumbia, maybe another guest & friends and gf that come to visit. Hoping to attract uncomplicated, easygoing people that are respectful of the rules of the house, clean and that love cuddling with dogs. The space Your room has a window facing the backyard. The apartment is big, always clean and welcoming. I try to keep an easygoing vibe that hopes to host and attract uncomplicated people only. In the bedroom you have a bed, closet, shelves and a foldable desktop with a chair for your laptop. In this house we separate trash from recycle and compost, we clean after ourselves (hair in bathroom, mirror stains, kitchen counters, etc.) we don't ware shoes inside, communicate when something needs to be addressed and always treat the doggies with love <3. Guests are asked to please respect these "rules" that are basically there just to simplify coexistence. Guest access Common areas such as bathroom, living room and kitchen. Laundry room is available for guests, but only upon 24h request and you need to have your own detergent. During your stay I enjoy receiving guests, and dont mind a conversation and give you tips if needed, but I also respect people's privacy and independence and understand that some come for some alone time and some others like to socialize -as long as it's all within respect. I think that respect and understanding has to come from both parties and socialisation depends on the availability, mood and energy of both. Human-dog interaction is mandatory please make an effort to communicate, understand them and hang out with them. Other things to note Other things to note preferably, you will not "work from home", please know that there's coffee places, libraries and even shared-work-spaces not too far. At the end of the day, this is a home where you can rest and hang after work, school or touristing around out, not an office. Really important and mandatory to be a dog lover. Doggies like cuddles, play time, snuggles. There's plenty of places with no dogs that I'm sure some people would be more comfortable at. 4/20 friendly, that means that we smoke ganjah inside. It's normal to smell it and to share a joint once in a while. If you add tobacco to it, you're welcome to use the outside areas. No use of tobacco or vapes inside, please. Early luggage drop off/late luggage pick up can be available (not always) and it will be with a fee of 20$ paid cash. Thank you for understanding. In order to preserve a feeling of security of who comes in and out of the house, please, always ask before you bring visitors with you and to pay for an extra person if they stay the night. Do not book if you're uncomfortable, apprehensive or hesitant towards dogs. Ideally, you'll like to take naps with them or welcome them to hang with you when you're at home.
