Cozy little summer house with great ocean view in a popular coastal vacation area. Nice for families with kids. Beds for up to 9 guests (comfortable for 6 adults). Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, heat-pump, fireplace, 55" TV, Netflix, high-speed wifi. Jacuzzi available for longer stays. Beautiful coastal area which is great for walks. Several beaches and nearby campgrounds with minigolf and shops open in summertime. ** Quiet neigborhood - Parties and loud music not allowed ** The space Stone walls and stairs, beautiful stone landscaping. An outside patio and balcony. Nice wind-sheltered area behind the house. Guest access Guests can access all space and also the kayaks. Personal items and clothes are kept away in a single closet. Other things to note The water is normally off when vacated, may have to be turned on. Hot tub is normally off thus takes 5-7 hours time to heat up. Heating stays on 16 celsius when vacated. I do not expect guests to wash the bedclothes. The fireplace may be necessary to use in winter-time if the heat-pump does not heat sufficiently. There's more wood in bags back in the shed.
