A beautiful Villa in the heart of Normandy with an area of 70 m2 with high-end materials and a heated pool all year round on a fenced plot of 1500 m2 with private entrance and parking A modern & warm corner of paradise. The bay windows offer great brightness and views of the heated pool and park. Not overlooked, you are alone in the cottage A perfect place to recharge your batteries for families, couples or groups of friends. Baby equipment can be provided The space Only 1h30 by car from Paris and 1h15 by train. (147 km) A peaceful haven is available to you. A breathtakingly beautiful countryside, enough to go green and quiet and enjoy our beautiful region. We are 1 hour from the sea and surrounded by pretty little Norman villages. Meals and breakfast upon request. We have wifi and 4G that works extremely well in connection sharing because we have the antenna not far away. TV work groups have come to work without any problems. Educational farm to visit for free not far from the cottage. Evening meal available on request. Organic vegetable soup + local cheese platter. Guest access The accommodation and pool as well as the garden are private and totally dedicated to guests. Other things to note We have a mini educational farm, children are welcome to come and see the animals. A slide can also be made available to children. We have a KIDS FRIENDLY area with a games and toys area inside but also outside. Massage available upon request and breakfast also upon request. Pets are ALLOWED!!! POOLSIDE MASSAGE POSSIBLE - Check-out 11 a.m. check-in 4 p.m. negotiable :) - Household products are also available. - Don't forget to bring your own bathrobe, to get out of the pool it will be very practical. Regarding the brazier, it is 15 euros with (preparation and wood 🪵 provided). Free barbecue and wood or charcoal for 5 euro, let us know in advance so we can plan. Breakfast to be ordered 48 hours before Dinner to be ordered 48 hours before Airbnb mentions that the property can accommodate parties for 25 people, indeed we can for weddings, birthdays, etc. but please let us know in advance in order to define the budget.
