This apartment was newly built, opening in March 2017. The apartment can be reached via an entrance door - ramp for wheelchair users available. Free parking is available in our large courtyard. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. The space ONLY 7 km from the airport and 5 km to ERDING – 8 minutes to the spa. Beautiful, bright apartment on the 3rd floor of a new building (! stairs). For guests with walking disabilities or problems climbing stairs, this place is not optimal (apartment is on the 3rd floor and can only be reached via the staircase) Guest access No smoking in the apartment - but balcony with ashtray available! Please note that the apartment can only be reached via stairs. For guests with walking disabilities, this place is not ideal. Other things to note On the first floor of the house, you will find a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Ironing board and steam iron available. A few games and books for children and adults are available in the built-in cupboard on the ground floor. As a commercial host in Bavaria, we are required to fill out and keep registration forms for all guests of foreign origin. For domestic guests (living in Germany), the general obligation to fill out registration notes is omitted. Required identification on arrival: Foreign guests are required to legitimize themselves through a valid identity document (passport or identity card). The data must be checked by the host with the document. Mandatory information on the registration form: surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, address of the guest, arrival and departure date as well as the number of co-travelers. Custody period: The completed registration notes must be issued by the host until the end of the year after the guest's departure (i.e. 12 to max. 24 months) and then destroyed in accordance with data protection. We offer self check-in. For this reason, we don't always meet guests in person. To simplify the process, we kindly ask guests to send a copy/photo of their ID for all travelers after booking in order to comply with our reporting obligation.
