The cozy apartment “Ferienwohnung Steinhilber 1” is situated in a quiet residential area of Eriskirch, a small town near Friedrichshafen, and is perfect for relaxing holidays close to the beautiful Lake Constance. The 95 m² attic apartment consists of a light-flooded living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and satellite television. Other things to note Start your day with a coffee and breakfast on the balcony, from which you can overlook the lush green meadow with trees and cattle. In the evenings, you can enjoy dinners from the barbecue in the shared garden area. From the apartment, it is only a 7-minute (550 m) walk to a bakery, and a supermarket is a 10-minute walk (750 m) away. You can find restaurants within a 10-minute walk (700 m), while the nearest beach, the Strandbad Eriskirch, is a 24-minute walk (2 km) from the property. There you can swim in the clear water and enjoy the pretty scenery. The town’s train station is located 1 km or a 12-minute walk away. The lovely lakeside town of Friedrichshafen is only a 12-minute drive (7 km) from Eriskirch, but you can also get there in only 6 minutes by train. The area around Lake Constance offers many leisure activities throughout the year, since there are plenty of hiking and cycling routes and the Austrian and Swiss borders are close. Bregenz in Austria is a 30-minute drive (29 km) from Eriskirch, and St. Gallen in Switzerland is a one-hour drive (70 km) away. In winter, you can get to the closest ski lifts after a 32-minute drive (33 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed if requested in advance.
