Welcome to Maria Apartment, a charming accommodation on the ground floor of Casa Torretta, ideal for a couple but capable of hosting up to 4 people. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, Maria offers a serene retreat with modern comforts. The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a functional bathroom with a shower, a living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a double sofa bed. It also boasts a gorgeous private garden with outdoor table and chairs. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. The apartment is located within the Casa Torretta complex, which consists of 6 apartments, born from the renovation of an ancient villa in the middle of an olive grove. Our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful view of the Gulf of Patti. The villa features a private pool and parking available for guests. Wi-Fi is available only in the area surrounding the pool. • For check-in after 9:00 PM, an extra fee of €25 will be applied, to be paid on-site. • The villa is equipped with a private pool and parking for guests. • The pool is open from May to October. • CAR IS NECESSARY • NO PETS ALLOWED • NO BARBECUE
