Romantic Tuscan Villa & Pool

Romantic Tuscan villa with a huge 4 ha private park and private swimming pool all by yourself - or maybe with us. ( We sometimes are in the house besides and may also use the pool.) Important: the outdoor pool is only opened from JUNE to middle of SEPTEMBER - or on demand. The space The villa has two floors and two terraces, surrounded with flowers and herbs. In the bottom floor there is one room with a high value kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a TV and a fireplace. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed with a commode and a small desk. The other bedroom has 2 single beds ( which you can put together to a big double bed } It has a closet and a commode The bathroom includes a lavatory, a shower, a toilet and a bidet. On the poolside you will also find a little cottage with a outdoor kitchen (fridge, coffee machine & cooktop). So you can enjoy eating and drinking at the pool area. Guest access The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany, 2 km south of the ancient medieval and unique town of Lucignano. There you will find several bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, churches with high cultural value and a museum. As Lucignano is very central its near to the most important cultural cities as: Cortona (20 min), Siena (30 Min), Arezzo (20 min), Montepulciano (40 min), Pienza (45 min), Florence (1h), Lake of Trasimeno (20 min) & the tuscan seaside with beautiful beaches (1,5h) Other things to note The highway Florence - Rome is near . On the pool area you dont hear it at all, but as the house is a little higher you can hear it from time to time depending on the direction of the wind. -Anyhow til now no one of the guest was disturbed by it, but i want you to know.. Also the bells of the medieval church of the little town will ring every hour and gives you the sense of an italien landscape living.
