Description
Luxury Shepherd's Hut set in own garden with far reaching views over open countryside. Next to 1066 footpath and only 15 minutes from East Sussex coast. Inside the hut is a double bed, TV/DVD player, kitchen area with sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, bathroom with sink, toilet, shower. There is a heater to keep warm. Patio with table and chairs. Short 5 minute walk to local Golf club with restaurant. Short drive to historic towns of Battle and Hastings. The space Set in own garden, with views up to owners traditional Oast house. Great walks through Great Battle Woods on the 1066 footpath on your doorstep. Golf Course with Golf school a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. Access to Golf club restaurant serving amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to national trust houses and gardens, Scotney Castle and Sissinghurst to name but two. Short 15 minute drive to the coast of Hastings and St Leonards, where in Old town Hastings you will find The Jerwood Gallery and a host of wonderful shops and restaurants. Short drive to historic towns of Battle and Rye. The hut is insulated, so is wonderfully cool in summer and with the heater is cozy and warm during winter. Outside there is a patio area with fabulous views over fields, where you will see foxes, badgers and if you are lucky deer. There is also a large fire pit with BBQ grill. (Logs provided) Inside the hut there is a powerful shower, toilet and sink in the seperate bathroom, a small seating area with table and chairs, a microwave oven, sink, kettle and toaster, single hob in the kitchen area with all crockery provided and complimentary tea, coffee and milk, and a double bed with luxury egyptian cotton bedding. There is also a television with DVD player and a selection of games and DVD's. Guest access The hut is set in its own private large garden. The patio looks out one way up to our twin kiln Oast House and the other over open fields up to Great Battle Woods. In Summer you can sit and watch the foxes hunting in the fields from the patio and if you're lucky the deer will pay you a visit! Parking is in in our secure driveway and we can provide extra security for bikes etc in our garage. Other things to note Sorry no dogs or children
