There is a wooden floor, fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a big shower corner and a washing machine. There is a sofa which can be extended to 2 comfy, separate extra beds.Located in a beautiful park with playgrounds, a bicycle route, an outdoor gym. Within a walking distance to the town center (15 mins). The space The flat is accessible with a lift right from the parking. It is on the 3rd floor. It is located in a new residential area full of children playgrounds and close to the forest. The closest supermarket is 400m away, the bus stop 150m away and the city centre is 3 bus stops away or a beautiful 15 min walk away. Guest access There is an on-site check in any time after 3 pm and on-site check out until 10 am. A free pick up at the bus or train station is available to all guests if I am in town. Other things to note The flat location and equipment is excellent for long-term business and medical stays, as well as for up to week-long family/couple holiday stays.
