The house is divided into two floors. Downstairs is the large, bright living and dining area, which invites you to relax, enjoy and get together. If you like it extra cozy, you should heat up the fireplace and relax while spraying the flames. The integrated high quality country house kitchen offers everything one needs as a connoisseur to take care of or be cooked with delicious dishes. Also in the basement is the elaborately designed nostalgic shower room with underfloor heating and all the comforts from the apex to the sole. The historic wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Also here you will find the romantic charm of the house. The large open-plan bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a cozy reading nook offers space for dreams and retreat under the Kate's thatched roof. Fitted wardrobes hidden behind antique shutters offer plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. The enclosed and visually protected terrace leads from the living room through the large terrace door. Here in the countryside you can enjoy the sun undisturbed during the day and admire the late, spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine. In the large garden of the house you will find many hidden seating areas where you can find a sunny or shaded spot at any time of the day. You will be enchanted by the scents of the herbs, lavender and roses that bloom in the garden. Frau Schröders is in an absolutely secluded location, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, in the middle of nature - if you are looking for relaxation, inspiration or creativity, you will find it undisturbed here.
