Easily reached by car from Málaga or Seville airports, it offers a calm countryside setting close to charming towns and cities in Córdoba province. After day trips, families can return to a spacious, comfortable home with outdoor areas and a swimming pool, enjoying a relaxed stay with the ease of self check-in and no arrival stress. The space Era Rural House is a spacious and comfortable countryside home, ideal for families and groups looking to relax together. The house sleeps up to 12 guests and offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces, making it easy to enjoy time together without feeling crowded. The property is wheelchair accessible and thoughtfully adapted for guests with reduced mobility, as well as being practical for families with children. Pets are welcome, so everyone in the group can be part of the stay. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bright bathrooms, all with natural ventilation. The modern walk-in showers feature rainfall shower heads and glass screens, perfect after a day outdoors. Useful extras are provided to make your stay easier, including towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and mobility aids such as grab bars and a shower seat. The house has two fully equipped kitchens, one indoors and one outdoors by the pool. Both include induction hobs and dishwashers, with plenty of cookware so you don’t need to move items between spaces. The indoor kitchen also offers an oven, microwave and large fridge, while outside you’ll find a gas barbecue and a chilled bottle fridge for relaxed outdoor meals. The sunny swimming pool features built-in seating with hydromassage and is surrounded by high-quality artificial grass. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the Andalusian sunsets. Private on-site parking is available within the property for up to five cars, ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival. Guest access La Era is a farmhouse for full rental. That is, you will not share the accommodation or its outdoor areas with other guests. The accommodation is cleaned before your arrival. If extra cleaning is required during your stay, please ask for it, although it will be charged separately. External and swimming pool maintenance is carried out on weekdays from 8am to 10am. If there is any problem or breakdown in the facilities, we will solve it as soon as possible. The house and the swimming pool are adapted. If you need the hydraulic lift, we will prepare it for you. In our lodging we love to receive families, so we have at your disposal a mini cot and up to 2 high chairs for children. Other things to note In the accommodation you will be provided with bed linen, shower towels and all the necessary kitchenware. However, we recommend you to bring your own towels for the swimming pool. If you don't know the area and need help planning your trip (tourist information, recommendations, etc.) let us know and we will gladly help you. If you are interested, you can also rent bicycles at the accommodation.
