Its pool with hydro-massage and meticulously arranged outdoor spaces will make the experience worth repeating. Upon request, we offer a hydraulic lift for the pool at no additional cost. In our accommodation, we love hosting families, so we provide a crib, mini crib, bed rail, and 2 high chairs. We even have WC reducers available The space On the ground floor, you will find a complete bathroom and a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. In the living area, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining area. Then, we have comfortable sofas and armchairs for reading or watching a movie on the smart TV. The split system with a heat pump will condition the space to ensure everything is perfect. Or, if you prefer, light up the fireplace! Upstairs, there is another complete bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Three of them have double beds, and the last one has one double bed and two single beds. All of them come with air conditioning. In the outdoor area, you'll relish a spacious porch equipped with everything you need. It features a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas barbecue, paella pan, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, all open to a large dining table and the chill-out area. The porch has an enclosure that allows you to isolate from the cold and rain, and a pellet fireplace that you will love gazing at while enjoying those special moments with your loved ones. Can you picture yourself in that spacious, climate-controlled porch? A unique space to enjoy preparing a barbecue or paella and relaxing in the chill-out area with sofas, next to the pellet fireplace. Don't worry if someone in the group has reduced mobility because our ground floor is fully accessible both indoors and outdoors. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation is done through a code that you will receive on the day of your arrival. Additionally, we will be there to welcome you upon your arrival, to inform you about how to use the pool's hydro-massage and any other information relevant to your stay. Other things to note Between the capitals of Córdoba, Granada, and Málaga lies Llanos de Don Juan (Rute), a hamlet next to the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park. Easily accessible on foot or by car, you will find our chalet with its spacious fenced plot and private parking for several cars. Its saltwater pool with turquoise waters is available year-round.
