Luxury Shepherds' Huts in North Yorkshire. We are an award winning glamping site, winning the prestigiousVisit England Rose Award and Gold Award. Our site is in a corner of our farm next to our fishing lake. It is an adults only / child free site. Dogs are welcome but are subject to an extra charge. Please contact the owners to arrange this. Please read the terms and conditions on our website prior to booking. We charge for linens, towels and bedding hire, but you are welcome to bring your own. The space Just outside Thirsk in the stunning Yorkshire countryside, lies our award winning Shepherds’ Huts glamping site. It nestles in the corner of our working farm, just next to our beautiful, peaceful coarse fishing lake, and looks over miles of farmland up to the iconic Hambleton hills in the distance. Named after our rescued sheep, our small number of bespoke huts provide a 5 star luxury glamping experience. Recently recognised by Visit England as providing ‘Service Excellence’, the site has been granted the once-in-a-lifetime ROSE award, alongside its long standing Gold Award. Each hut is hand crafted to an exceptionally high standard and provides second-to-none comfort and luxury including: en-suite bathroom with shower and complementary Duck Island toiletries; wood burning stove; mini kitchen with microwave, hot plate, kettle, toaster, all cooking utensils and cutlery and Emma Bridgewater crockery; sheepskin covered armchair; fold-down table and stools; double bed and single bunk with Bronte by Moon blankets and cushions; free WiFi, TV, dvd and a selection of books and board games; private patio with fire pit and barbecue, table and chairs; own herb mini garden and strawberry planter; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing and cleaning products provided free; free use of laundry facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer in our own mini shop that also sells luxury Yorkshire goodies; indoor and outdoor storage space; wildflower garden and bird feeding station; securely fenced site where your dog is very welcome to stay with you; a child free and smoking free site.
